Tzus and Mews Rescue is in search of trustworthy individuals who want to join our Volunteer Team or complete an internship through the rescue. 

 

These are available for both virtual and in-person.

 

Volunteers will have the option to gain experience in the following areas:

• Adoption Team (virtual)

• Fundraising and Events Team (virtual)

• Social media (virtual)

• Editing videos (virtual)

• Board members (virtual)

• Daily holistic care for Shih Tzus within the rescue (in-person)

• Regular nail trims and grooming needs for the dogs (in-person)

• Assist with vet visit needs (in-person)

• Overnight care, as needed (in-person)

• And more…

2. If your application looks like you're a good fit with the rescue's values and vision, you will be contacted for a deeper discussion about your volunteer interest areas. College internship credits can be discussed during this as well.
