About Cole

Cole is the handsome jet-black Shih Tzu with deep black eyes, the “big brother” of the duo at around 11 months old. A little more reserved by nature, he likes to check in with his brother, Carter, before making a move—especially first thing in the morning.

Cole is thoughtful, steady, and playful, especially with the older dogs in the pack. He isn’t needy for constant attention, but he’s affectionate on his own terms and enjoys companionship.

Smart and quick to learn, Cole already knows basic commands, is crate and potty trained, and does well around children and large dogs (yes, even our Cane Corso Thor!). He’d thrive in a home with another dog to keep him company and guide him.
